Research on Network Customer Classification Based on BP Neural Network Algorithm

چکیده
Correctly and effectively customer classification according to their characteristics behaviors will be the most important resource for electronic marketing online trading of network enterprises. A new model is presented based on analyzing .First paper designs 21 indicators consumer analysis, including type variables variables; Second, Aiming at shortages existing BP neural algorithm data-mining classification, immune genetic used correct speed up convergence model. Finally experimental results verify that can improve effectiveness validity when classifying customers practically.
